Born in Austin, Texas in 1957. I grew up on a dairy and played all sports through High School. I was fortunate to play baseball at Temple Junior College (now Temple College) and then Pan American (now UT Pan American) and graduated from Southwest Texas (now Texas State). Both Coach Lodes at Temple and Coach Ogletree at Pan Am were wonderful coaches and even better people. My dream had always been to be a college baseball coach and emulate them, but when I saw the RULE OF 72 and how a Mutual Fund worked, I was in love and have been ever since. Even to this day, 44 years later, I can’t wait for each day to begin to see what opportunities the markets are going to bring us.This is a great business and I’m looking forward to the next 25 years! I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for the same 44 years. We have two grown girls that I adore. My passion away from the markets and family is playing as much golf as possible!
